The Blue Cake Company is one of the premier cake designers in Little Rock. Though they are a little pricey, their cakes taste delicious, are made from scratch with the finest ingredients and are works of art. 2. Community Bakery
I have sampled a lot of cakes, and community bakery taste the best of all the cakes I've sampled. They make wedding and groomsman cakes along with birthday cakes.Two locations

3. Silvek's Euro Bakery
Often overlooked because they're located in a Kroger, this is actually a really fine bakery. I've never sampled a whole cake from them, but I have eaten cake slices from the bakery case. 4. Cold Stone Creamery, Baskin Robbins, TCBY
Baskin Robbins and TCBY do ice cream cakes and are both located in Little Rock, but I think Cold Stone's Ice Cream Cakes are markedly better. Cold Stone is more expensive. 5. Mama's Manna Bakery
I have no personal experience with Mama's Manna Bakery, but I have heard good things. Their website showcases some of their cakes and they have gorgeous wedding cakes and fun birthday cakes. Friends say their frosting is to die for. 1001 Rushing Cir # B501-663-7880
6. Kroger, Sam's Club
For those on a budget, Kroger and Sam's Club actually make pretty tasty birthday cakes. They won't be decorated as fancy as something from a specialty bakery, but they do have several designs you can pick from. Of the two, Kroger probably has the better tasting cakes. I prefer the Kroger frosting.There are Kroger stores all over Little Rock. The Sams Club is on Bowman.
