Our Governor's Mansion was originally completed in 1950 during Governor Sidney McMath's term. It has been the home of all Arkansas Governors since. President Clinton and his family lived there during his years as governor.
The mansion takes up an entire city block, and the exterior of the Arkansas Governor's Mansion was featured on TV's Designing Women as the home of Suzanne Sugarbaker.
The Governor's Mansion is in downtown Little Rock at 1800 Center St.
The Mansion offers guided tours Tuesday's from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursday's from 1pm to 3pm. These are 30 minute tours that must be scheduled in advance. Call 501-324-9805 for reservations.
