Museum School Annual Holiday Sale
Arkansas State Fair Grounds
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Museum school faculty and students showcase their wares. Articles include potter, jewelry, woodwork, glass and more. Admission is free. Enter at Howard St. gate.

Turkey Bowl
Professor Bowl (901 Towne Oaks)
7 p.m.
Benefits Arkansas Foodbank Network. Registration for a 4 person team is $120 and prizes will be awarded to the best bowlers. Your 5th player is going to be a "local celebrity."

Arkansas Queen Ho Ho Ho Cruise
10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
A special cruise with Santa Claus and his elves. Sandwiches, drinks and snacks are available on the cruise. They also have a Christmas music cruise Sundays though Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.. Please call for additional details and reservations 501-372-5777.

Storybook Holidays at The Peabody Little Rock
Begins at 10:45 a.m. Santa Claus will serve as honorary duck master to escort the world famous Peabody ducks from their palace, then the Peabody will hold a tree-lighting ceremony. Call 501-399-8059 for details.

33rd Annual CARTI Auxiliary Festival of Trees
Statehouse Convention Center
Festival of trees has many events including. my favorite, the Tux and Trees gala. Admission varies and benefits Arkansas cancer patients. Most events feature a silent auction of great items, including decorated trees.

Arkansas Craft Guild Christmas Showcase
Statehouse Convention Center, Gov. Hall I
A juried show of contemporary art and fine crafts by over 100 members of the Arkansas Craft Guild. Hours: Friday, 10am-8pm; Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sunday, 10am-4pm.

Admission is $14 for adults, $10 for kids.

Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis
This is a fun 5k run in downtown Little Rock. Participants wear seasonal costumes, tie jingle bells to their shoelaces and take to the streets. You can register on the website.

City of Little Rock's Big Jingle Jubilee Holiday Parade & Capital Lighting

Parade and Capitol lighting ceremony. Admission is free.

Tickets are $100 per person. Fireworks and a silent auction.

Benfits CARTI, holiday meal, entertainment and photos with Santa. Admission is $15.

Arkansas Children's Hospital
7 a.m. - noon
Santa comes on a big, red fire truck to meet your kids. firefighters from the Little Rock Fire Department cook and serve attendees a meal of pancakes, eggs, sausage and fruit. The children in attendance have the opportunity to take a picture with Santa, create holiday crafts, call the North Pole and enjoy festive music. Tickets $10-15.

Season's Treatings
Little Rock Zoo
Create fun projects to give to the animals at the zoo, ride the train and have a light snack. Admission is $20.

Begins on Pershing Blvd at Main Street.
