Planning a meeting or convention is tough. Probably the hardest part is picking a space. Is a hotel connected? How many people do you need to accommodate? Are there things to do nearby? What services are included and what services are extra? This list can't answer all your questions but it should make your job easier. I highly recommend hosting conventions in the downtown area. That is the center of things to do in Little Rock!
