Canine Country Club of Arkansas - Wide Open Spaces

By Amanda Galiano, About.com

What is it:

The Canine Country Club is a kennel that offers boarding, lots of room to run and exercise and lots of interaction with people and other dogs.

Review:

The kennel is very clean and the owners knowledgeable and friendly. The dogs are obviously having a great time. Most of the day is spent outside, running and playing with other dogs and kennel staff. This is the perfect place for a social, active dog who loves to run and play. Don't worry, they'll bathe them for you too! Playing is hard work afterall.

Web Cam:

Being the geek I am, the whole reason I decided to check this place out was because I read they had a Web Cam where owners could check on their pets while they are away. The Web Cam is pretty neat (you can see examples and pictures of the kennels on their site). If you are going to check on your dog, request a room close to the cam for the best views!

Location:

The Canine Country Club is actually located in Roland which isn't too far from Little Rock, right off Highway 10. They told me they wanted to get a lot of land for the dogs and that's why they are so far out. The address is 26807 Goodson Road but call 501-868-PAWS for directions and to set up a tour. I'm sure they'd love to have you visit!

Prices:

Prices around $40/day.
