Robinson Center was named for Joseph Taylor Robinson, a former governor of Arkansas. The center houses meeting rooms, exhibition halls and an auditorium that hosts the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and many traveling Broadway shows.

There are three municipal parking lots within walking distance and many metered spots on the street. The three parking lots are located at Spring and Markham (under the Doubletree Hotel next to Robinson Center), 2nd and Main (1 block up from the Statehouse Convention Center) and 2nd and Commerce, (in the River Market District). Arkansas Symphony Tickets can be purchased for as little as $16 from website. Note that ticket prices vary based on the show and section. The best tickets in the house sometimes go for over $100.
Many other productions come to the Robinson throughout the year. Celebrity Attractions uses it, for example. Those ticket prices vary depending on the type of show.
