Irish Cultural Society of Arkansas

What:

This annual parade is presented by the Irish Cultural Society of Arkansas. The parade includes traditional Irish dress, bag pipes, Celtic music and several floats.

Where:

The parade begins in Little Rock and end in North Little Rock. It begins at 4th and Rector, travels to 3rd Street and Sherman to President Clinton Blvd, through River Market, crosses the Main Street Bridge, travels through the Argenta Historic District and ends at Sixth & Main in North Little Rock.

Irish Pub & Festivities at Cregeen's.:

If you just want to enjoy the after parade festivities, go to Cregeen's Irish Pub, located in Argenta.

Cregeen's has special events planned from Friday, March 13 to Tuesday, March 17 including drink specials and performances. Check their scheduled events.

When:

The parade starts Saturday, March 14 at 1 pm.

Blarney Blast at Cornerstone Pub:

Mysterious Ways, a U2 Tribute Band, will be at Blarney Blast beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, March 13 at Cornerstone Pub (314 Main Street, NLR). They'll also have an Irish dance off, a limerick contest and holiday drink offerings. Ticket prices for the event are $15 for general admission and $30 for VIP admission, which includes two tickets for beer and wine, food and lounge access.

Other Fun Saint Patrick's Day Ideas:

If you want to stay on the Little Rock Side of the River, all of the bars will be open. Many serve green beer for the occasion.

For Kids
After the St. Patrick's Day Parade, come to the Old State House Museum. They have free St. Patrick's themed fun for kids.
