2010 Capitol Lighting Ceremony and Little Rock Holiday Parade

By , About.com Guide

The parade takes place every year in downtown Little Rock and it's the only time of the year you can see fireworks over the Capitol building. After the parade, Santa heads to the Capitol to meet children while carolers sing. The parade starts at Second and Broadway Streets, travel south on Broadway, turn west onto Capitol Avenue and ends at the State Capitol.
