“America I AM” National Traveling Exhibit
Central High Historic Site

Artifacts, documents, multimedia, photos and music celebrating 400 years of African-American culture. Mobile recording station so you can become a part of the exhibit by leaving your history. This nationwide tour has the goal of becoming “the largest oral history project recorded in U.S. history.”

Wounded Warrior Project's Soldier Ride Program

Fund raising event for organization who's mission is to "raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women." Starting at War Memorial Stadium at 9:30.

More than 150 specialty merchants from across the United States will be present. Tickets are $7. The hours for the event are: Thurs, Nov. 6th: Noon to 9 pm Fri, Nov. 7th: 9am to 9pm Sat, Nov 8th: 9am to 5 pm.

"If You SING It, They Will Come!"

A musical and dance review featuring songs from movies like Casablanca and Dirty Dancing. Evening performances begin at 7pm on November 6th through 8th and November 13th through 15th. Matinee performances begin at 2pm on November 8th, 9th and 15th. Tickets are $15.00.

9th Annual Helping Hands Craft Club

61st Annual Original Ozark Folk Festival
Eureka Springs
From November 6 to the 9th, this is the biggest folk festival in the US. City wide festival with some free shows, some shows charge admission.

"Harry's Big Adventure"

Harry is a praying mantis and he will be traveling more than 3,000 miles and crossing six states to tell everyone about the Audubon Insectarium in Saint Lewis. This is a two day event where you can taste, touch and learn about insects. Cockroach races and a special guest appearance by the author of “The How to Eat a Bug Cookbook.”
