2. Arkansas Museum of Discovery

Arkansas Museum of Discovery offers several themed parties including bugs, pirates and fairy tales. They also have the option of just renting the museum's party room and exploring the museum on your own. Theme parties start at $225 and include drinks, plates, forks, napkins, crafting supplies, free admission to the museum for 16. Room rental starts at $135.

3. Peabody Park's Ozark Pavilion

Peabody Park is a fun park in downtown Little Rock's Riverfront Park that allows children to explore and invent as they play. The pavilion overlooking many of those open play areas is available for rentals. No amenities are included. Rentals start at $200. 501-371-4770.

4. Whispering Horse Ranch

Their specialty is brining ponies to your party. Two ponies are $149/hr plus transportation fees. Prices go up from there. All you get is the pony, you provide the party. They also have goats

5. Rick's Dive Center Scuba Party

At Rick's Dive they offer several party packages, starting at $175. Their best package ($225) includes a basic scuba lesson, snorkel equipment and the party room. You must provide your own refreshments.

6. State Park System: Pinnacle and Petit Jean

Pinnacle Mountain State Park and Petit Jean State Park both have pavilions you can rent for an outdoor cookout. Rental fees vary (they start at around $40). The parks do not provide birthday party services, but it can be a fun way to spend the day outdoors for an inexpensive cost.
