1. Capi's - Pleasant Ridge Towncenter
The menu centers around the idea of global tapas, or small plates, drawing influence from Spanish, Asian, Mexican, and Southern cuisine. One reviewer says, "If you’re just thinking “sandwich / salad / plate lunch” then, yeah, maybe not as big a variety as Trio’s. . .there are probably 14 different “small plates” in addition to the other menu offerings for lunch.2. Taziki's Greek Fare - Little Rock Cantrell Heights
This is a greek chain located on Cantrell. One reviewer says, "Solid Greek food and friendly service. I would certainly recommend it."
3. Cantina Laredo - Midtowne Little Rock
"Gourmet Mexican" located in Midtowne Little Rock. One reviewer says, "The food quality is above standard Tex-Mex, but not the best in Little Rock."
4. Panda Garden - Shackelford Crossings in Little Rock
Panda Garden is all you can eat Chinese food, with some American foods like fries, prime rib and chicken strips. They also have sushi.
5. Copeland's - Shackelford Crossings in Little Rock
This New Orleans style restaurant has hit or miss service. One reviewer says, "Just don't expect ANY service or a hello or a goodbye after your loooonnnnnggggg dining experience."
6. Mexico Chiquita - Cantrell, Little Rock
Mexico Chiquito has been in Arkansas since 1935, and they serve up consistent, but average, food. The cheese dip is a must try.
7. Cregeen's Irish Pub Review - North Little Rock / Argenta
Cregeen's is definitely an authentic Irish Pub. The furniture is imported from Ireland. Even more surprisingly, the actual pub was built in Dublin, Ireland and shipped to the US. It's quickly becoming a favorite place for late night fun on the North Little Rock side of the River.8. Starving Artist Cafe - North Little Rock / Argenta
Fun atmosphere, good cafe food with a Mediterranean twist. Prices are moderate. Dinner specials change nightly. Catering available.9. La Hacienda - Cantrell
One reviewer says, "This is one great Mexican restaurant (on Cantrell). They have great food, lots of choices and good prices. Just watch out, that green stuff they give you is NOT guacamole!"
10. El Porton - Chenal
Consistently chosen as best Mexican in the city, this place leaves me a bit cold. Still, it's everyone's favorite Tex-Mex at a great price.
