Guide Review - Casual, Fun and Eclectic (02/2010)
Dizzy's is different. It's fun, casual and eclectic. You won't find any white tablecloths here. What you'll find is fun art on the wall, a fun menu and a great location in downtown Little Rock. Best of all, the food is top notch.
The menu is huge and has everything from salads and sandwiches to pastas and other entrees. Some entrees include stroganoff, crawfish etouffee and rarebit. We had the cheese dip ($7.99), tomato basil soup ($6.99), garden burger ($7.99), cheese ravioli ($10.99) and Electra's Casserole ($13.99) which is a chicken, rice, mushroom casserole. A friend of mine said her family used to visit Dizzy's in Benton just for Electra's Casserole. The only complaint we had was the cheese dip wasn't that great. My friend had the tomato basil soup and said it was great. I should have went with that instead of the dip and chips.
Servings were large, but not overly so. Service was friendly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place. There are tons of options on the menu (17 varieties of pasta, 9 dinner specialties, 11 salads and more), so there is no way you could get bored with the food there. I know many in Benton are sad to see it go, but Benton's loss is Little Rock's gain.
