Cregeen's Irish Pub Review - North Little Rock, Arkansas

The basics

Cregeen's is definitely an authentic Irish Pub. The furniture is imported from Ireland. Even more surprisingly, the actual pub was built in Dublin, Ireland and shipped to the US.

It's quickly becoming a favorite place for late night fun on the North Little Rock side of the River.

Fun, Authentic, Good Selection

A friend of mine comments about the rum selection every time I mention Cregeen's to him. If you're a rum drinker, this is the place to go. They also have 29 beers on tap including, of course, many Irish stouts. Average draft price is $4. The selection of Irish whiskey is also excellent. I guess if you're a drinker of any kind, this would be a good place to go.

The food is authentic Irish. They have things cooked in Guinness, bangers and mash, Celtic salads, shepherds pie, fish and chips and they also have American dishes like hamburgers and steaks. Average entree price is around $8-9.

I thought the food was above average for bar food, but it's the atmosphere you would go to Cregeen's for. With the television and the fun surroundings, even average bar food would taste better.

When you consider the great location, right next to Alltel Arena, Cregeen's is a can't miss. This would make a great after concert dinner or drink place.
