Lucchesi's is located in the old Height's theater. It's a bit hidden (you have to drive behind the theater to find it) but it's worth looking for. They offer good food at reasonable price.

Lucchesi's is actually a small chain with locations in Tennessee and Kentucky. The food is good but not above average, however it is definitely above the Olive Garden. They do have some interesting selections like spinach and gorgonzola ravioli (which is excellent) and chicken and spinach lasagna. They also have the normal Italian fare like spaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni and a variety of sauces.The atmosphere is very much unlike a chain. It feels like a small Italian cafe. The service on both of my visits has left a little to be desired but I get the impression that the restaurant is less important than the deli and catering business. The service isn't horrible, the servers just aren't overly attentive.
Dress is casual and prices are moderate. Entrees are about $7-10. Lucchesi's is located in the old Height's Theater on 5600 Kavanaugh Blvd. (501) 660-4444. They also have catering and a website.
