Do you think you neighbor may be one of Arkansas's most wanted? Go to the Pulaski County Sheriff's homepage and take a look! You can look at pictures of the most wanted Arkansans, find out what they did and find out if there is a reward. Who knows, maybe someone you know is on the list!
Arkansas also has its sex offender database online. The info of more than 1,000 high risk sex-offenders can be found due to a law that makes this info public.
You might also want to check the Arkansas missing and runaway children list. You might know one of them too. Maybe your neighbor has a secret identity s/he doesn't want you to know about.
Who's He Gonna Call?
Perhaps you saw a mysterious phone number on your neighbor's coffee table with no name attached or maybe he came over to your house to use the phone and left a number on your re-dial. You want to know who he's calling! That's easy with Reverse Phone Directory. All you do is enter a phone number and it will give you the name and address of the person attached and sometimes even a map to their house. Your neighbor can't get anything past you!
Getting Personal
Arkansas GenWeb has access to some personal records inlcuding who got married, who got divorced, who was born and who owns what piece of land. I found that most of the records are quite old (dating only as recently as 1908). However, some are recent enough to help you in your quest for knowledge. You can use the old ones to spy on your ancestors.

You might not be able to find out exactly what your neighbor is reading, but you can find out what people in Little Rock (or anywhere else) are reading using Amazon.com purchase circles. Check out the Little Rock purchase circle.
Google Earth
One of Google's newest toys, Google Earth can show you people's houses, roads and more. It's a super spy toy! "Google Earth combines satellite imagery, maps and the power of Google Search to put the world's geographic information at your fingertips." With added options found on Google Maps Mania you can find out where you'd end up if you dug through to the other side of the Earth and more. I ended up in Antartica.
