If you want cheap prices and fast, friendly service, this place is for you. Beware of the so-so food and plain jane menu. Bottomline: This is a great place if you want a quick lunch for cheap.

I recently had lunch at Guadalajara after someone submitted a review for it. I hadn't been there since it was "Pepper's" so I thought I'd give it a try. First off, the atmosphere is lively and the people are very friendly. They treated us like we were long time customers. They also got our order out pretty quickly.
The food at Guadalajara is nothing special. Their menu is a more boring version of some of the better "authentic" Mexican restaurants around Little Rock but the food is decent. The prices are great! For the money, you get a lot of food.
All Mexican restaurants must have their salsa and cheese dip rated. I thought the dip (queso blanco) was a little thick but some like thick dips. The salsa was nothing special, not too spicy and not too mild.
All in all, it's a great place for a quick Mexican meal. They even have a drive-through.
