This month's Bon Appetit (with the delicious looking fried chicken on the cover) features southern cooking, and they took readers a tour of some favorite southern restaurants. The magazine mentioned five from Little Rock.
- Whole Hog Cafe - Whole hog really is one of the best BBQ joints around. I agree with their choice.
- Juanita's - I recently dined at the new location. The cheese dip is as awesome as always.
- White Water Tavern - I've never eaten here, but it's a great place for bands.
- Diamond Bear Brewing Company - A must see for beer lovers.
- Chicken Wang & Cafe - Fried chicken wings, perfect for the game. They are located at 8320 Colonel Glenn Rd.
- Capital Hotel - You can't argue with Ashley's as one of the best restaurants in town.
