It's going to be a hot weekend. I suggest heading to Blanchard Springs if your looking for a road trip. The caverns are nice and cool.
- July 23 - 25 is the Little Rock Black Pride Weekend at the Metroplex Event Center, 10800 Colonel Glenn Road. A weekend pass is $30.
- It's reptile weekend at Pinnacle Mountain State Park. They have interpretive events all weekend.
- Wild River Country's Rubber Ducky Regatta is Friday, July 23rd. For $9 admission, you get a meal and a duck. It benefits Camp Aldersgate.
- July 24 is Breakfast with Primates at the Little Rock Zoo. The event is from 8 - 9:30 a.m. and admission is $21.95. 501-666-2406.
- July 24 is another Dreamland Drive-In Movie. Watch "The Fast and Furious" at 8:30 p.m.(gates open at 7:30 p.m.) at 800 West 9th Street. Admission is $20 per car.
- The Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center is teaching people aged 10 to adult about flying creatures at 2 p.m. 501-907-0636 on Saturday.
