Holiday Light Displays

Tonight is the night that many light displays around the state are going to be switched on. Arkansas has some great light displays from Candy Cane Lane in Pocahontas to the Capitol in downtown Little Rock (which will not be switched on until this weekend).

Last year, I visited the lights in Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs for the first time. I was very impressed. If you're looking for some lights and a short trip, it's well worth the admission fee. They have so many lights crammed into the garden. I thought the gardens could not look more beautiful than they look during the day in the spring. They are just as breathtaking, in a different way, with the winter lights.
