Access Hollywood and Ryan Seacrest Think Kris Allen is a Contender

Kris did great last night, though I was bemoaning his song choice at first. Normally the judges hate the slow stuff, but I guess it worked for him. They seemed to love him. Randy even called him a "tender dawg." I don't understand what Randy is talking about most of the time, but it sounded like a compliment. His falsetto was a bit off, if you ask me, but the rest of it was A+.

Access Hollywood thinks he's A+ too reporting, "Kris Allen, with his square jaw, long eye lashes and friendly smile, made a deep impression when he covered “To Make You Feel My Love” by Garth Brooks, with country being the theme of the evening." Read article.

Ryan Seacrest said earlier this week, "If the finale were tomorrow, I would probably say Danny and Adam and maybe Allison and Kris…"

Way to go Kris. You are definitely kick awesome. One of his biggest goals in the competition was to make it to the tour, and the top 10 get to go on tour. If he is not eliminated tomorrow, and the judges don't use their save, Kris will be going on the tour. The tour normally heads to Alltel Arena so we'll all get the chance to see him in person. I'm sure he'd like to win too, so keep on calling.
