Coleman Free Day at the Little Rock Zoo

Today, everyone gets in free at the Little Rock Zoo. They have a few special events planned too, including treats for the sloth bears. There won't be any charge for parking , but it may be hard to find a place since today is supposed to be a beautiful day.

The zoo has a had a few new things open up in the past few months. The veldt/African plains now has a few animals on it. It's a nice looking exhibit. They have a baby dik dik who is bounding around in the dik dik exhibit. They also have a new lion, but he's been shy in coming out. Today would be the perfect day to go and check out some of the renovations.

Actually, today is probably going to be so crowded that the baby dik dik and other animals will decide to stay inside. I suggest an inexpensive zoo membership. A zoo membership pays your admission any time you want to come, and you get a discount on admission to Memphis Zoo and many other zoos too. It's a bargain at $60/year.
