Top Resolutions & How To Acheive Them

I think the entire point of the holidays is to condition us to bad habits so we can resolve to get rid of them! For example, over the past few weeks I've slept too little, eaten too much, skipped my daily exercise routines and made my house total chaos.
For the new year I'm resolving to take better care myself by sleeping, eating and exercising right and to be more organized. See, the holiday season is a lovely reminder of what we shouldn't do the rest of the year.
So, get over your carbohydrate coma and start planning to make a better new year.
