Apply to be a Census Taker

Monday November 17, 2008
They're looking for census takers again. As a census taker, you'll go around to houses in various communities and verify addresses and other information. You work 20-40 hours a week and are reimbursed for authorized mileage and related expenses.

The pay is not bad either. Rates vary, but it's generally around $9-19 an hour with flexible hours. If that sounds attractive you, apply for a position on the US Census website or call 1-866-861-2010 to schedule a test.
