Wiederkehr Wine Festival

I've never been to the Wiederkehr Wine Festival, but I hear it's great fun. They have everything from tastings, music, tours and wine stomping contests. The dinner is supposedly superb. Best of all, most of the other wineries in the area have something going on too so you could make a day tasting and visiting the vineyards.

Arkansas wine country is in Altus, Arkansas, which is just two hours from Little Rock. It will be on Saturday, September 27 and tours start at 8:30 a.m. The real festivities start at 4:00 though with entertainment and dinner soon to follow.
