New Stadium Rules: Smart, Contradictory, Just Plain Dumb?

To me, the new rules seem contradictory. For starters, smoking and tobacco products are no longer allowed in Razorback Stadium. Let's not even get into how unenforceable that rule is for the moment. Let's talk about the second rule. The rule states that there is "no re-entry." Which, to me, means you can't get in without buying a new ticket. This rule hasn't been tested, but I'd love to see how it works out. Is it going to be strictly enforced?
If there really is no re-entry and no smoking, what are hard core Razorback fans who are smokers supposed to do? Slap on a nicotine patch during the game? If you were trying to follow the no smoking rule, wouldn't you have to leave the stadium to smoke? Would you have to buy a new ticket every time? I hate to smell cigarette smoke as much as the next girl, but I also understand that it's an addiction. Games last a long time. You're probably going to want to sneak a smoke. In order to follow the rules (which admit it, you won't because nobody will), you'd have to leave. Then you'd have to buy a new ticket to get back in. That's not only a pain, but also discriminatory.
At least with the smoking ban in Little Rock, you can leave and smoke and come back.
Besides smoker's rights, I can see a few other problems with the new "no re-entry" rule. I'm interested to see if it will really be enforced or if we're all making a mountain out of a molehill. I talked to a friend who works at the stadium who said it would be enforced, but we'll see. I think they'll recant.
