North Little Rock Turns Down The Volume

North Little Rock is proposing a new ordinance that would prohibit playing loud music in a house or car. Music that can be heard from 20 feet away would be subject to fines. Horns honked in any non-moving vehicle would also be subject to fines. The noise in a residential areas would need to be below 55 decibals after 11 p.m. They are going to hold public hearings about the ordinance at the next city council meeting so you can go sound off about the issue. Just don't sound off too loudly!
