River Market Cooking

Saturday February 25, 2006
I was looking for more information on the Farmer's Chef Summit 2006, Little Rock's "Iron Chef" competition at the River Market that was held on Saturday February 25 and I wandered onto information about River Market cooking classes.

I didn't know the River Market had a great Little Rock chef come to teach a class every month. Classes are 9-11 one Saturday a month and only cost $10! That's a deal.

March's class is going to be held by Chef Scott McGehee of Boulevard Bread Company on Saturday March 11th. I love Boulevard Bread. Chef Billy Ginocchio of Peachtree Catering will be holding a class on April 29th.

The only thing tastier than taking a class by one of our top chefs would be judging the Farmer's Chef Summit. YUM!

Amanda, I am very interested in taking cooking lessons. I’m not looking for a degree in the Culinary Arts…I just wanted to learn some cooking skills. Do you know of anything that is offered?!
