The State Fair starts this weekend. With all the special promotions and free passes you shouldn't have to spend a fortune to take the family (or friends) and have a great time. There's a special promotion almost every day!

Don’t shop for a Dodge car at Little Rock Dodge. I went by today to test drive a car and then get the fair promotion tickets and entry. Well, after trying the Nitro which I had seen before and anticipated I would like, I didn’t like it as I had thought, and so, no sale. I asked for my fair tickets, and it just so happens they had “just given out the last ones.” Seems strange that they just ran out when they found someone who didn’t appear happy with their vehicle. I thought the promotion was without obligation of purchase, but did require a test drive. Also, they did not have entry forms to try to win a car, so I will talk with the gambling commission and find out if what they are doing is considered gambling, since they did not have a way for “everyone” to enter.
