North Little Rock to Obtain WWII Tugboat

North Little Rock is scheduled to obtain title to the USS Hoga tugboat to sit next to the USS Razorback submarine on the Arkansas River. The addition of the USS Hoga will make this museum two vessels large. The USS Razorback is open for tours.
