Kark lists its Top 4 picks for News Year's Eve parties. They include Peabody Little Rock, the Flying Saucer and the Doubletree Hotel.

Might I also suggest the Capitol Hotel ($159.00 for two) which has a big evening planned. It looks like it will be a great party and the price isn't that bad either.
